PLANNING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 8, 2017
PRESENT WERE: Harold Thompson, Steven Ross, and Alternate Todd Machnik seated for Robert McCarthy and Alternate Don Willis seated for Edgar Butcher.
The commission began their meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
TWO LOT SUBDIVISION – PETER & MILDRED CARON – 442-1 SHORE ROAD
Harold Thompson reported that last month the commission voted to grant a waiver of open space regulation Section 3.5. The commission has also received n Inland Wetlands report indicating a finding of no jurisdiction. Thompson also read a letter into the record from Attorney Cassella dated June 6, 2017 indicating he had received and approved the Common Driveway Easement and noted the easement should be recorded at the same time as the mylar.
Todd Machnik made a motion to approve the Two Lot Subdivision of Peter and Mildred Caron located at 442-1 Shore Road. Steven Ross seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MAY 11, 2017 MEETING MINUTES
Steven Ross made a motion to waive the reading of the May 11, 2017 Meeting Minutes and approve them as submitted. Don Willis seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
